Continue walking down the road - you will come across another bandits but they shouldn't be any threat to you. You will be attacked by two bandits - watch out, one of them uses magic. When you continue walking down the road you can find another wolves and a few steps later you can come across a destroyed caravan. Shortly after that you will pass by a village, Snowstone Rest. You must now go to Dumrag and tell him about everything that you have learned. Wait for him and when the man returns he will confirm your suspicions regarding Simund. Convince him that you work for a good cause and he will go to check his registries. After that you must return to the main hall and speak with Rignar. You should also leave Affana's note there. Next, you must go to the desk and take Simund's journal.
